At Bonnells Bay Public School, we have recently welcomed a new parent payment portal called School Bytes. This new system enables you to view all your children in one portal and process payments for multiple siblings in one transaction. Once your portal is activated, you can use it to process online payments, view your payment history, see fees in advance, request a refund and in time, you will be able to give consent for events, view the school calendar and much more.
Setting up your portal
Visit https://portal.schoolbytes.education/auth/login and follow the prompts to log into an existing account or create a new one.
Linking Students
Once you are set up in the portal, you can link to all of your children who are attending schools that use the School Bytes platform. When linking a student, the system automatically matches the data you provided with enrolment details stored on the school profile. If all the student information matches your parent information, the system will add the student to the parent account automatically. If your student/s are not displaying or you are unable to link to them, please contact our office, and we can send you a linking code.
Notifications
Statement of Account and payment reminders will be sent directly to you via email. Emails will be sent to you from noreply@mail.schoolbytes.education. These emails will include the ‘Make a payment’ button to take you to the school's online payment portal. This will allow you to pay securely, quickly, and easily via credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard only).
